PRICING

Start with the level of help you actually need.

Knownwell works across focused strategy sessions, one-off projects, and ongoing marketing support. Pricing depends on the scope, but we try to make it clear enough that you can tell whether a conversation makes sense before you ever reach out.

Not every project needs to become a long-term engagement.

MARKETING SCOPE FINDER

Not sure? Try this.

Tell us a little about what your marketing looks like today. We’ll identify the areas we’d most likely focus on and give you a sense of what kind of engagement that scope would usually require.

Question 1 of 8 13%
01

How clearly can you explain why customers should choose your business?

Think about your positioning, messaging, differentiators, offers, and whether your team tells a consistent story.

02

What does your website look like today?

We’re looking at whether the site explains the business clearly, guides visitors toward the right next step, and generates useful leads.

03

How consistently are you creating useful content?

This includes articles, videos, FAQs, case studies, service pages, and answers to the questions customers are actually asking.

04

How well are people finding you through search?

Think beyond traditional rankings. That includes Google results, AI summaries, zero-click searches, and whether your expertise is easy for search engines and AI tools to understand.

05

What happens after someone becomes a lead?

Think forms, CRM records, follow-up, deal tracking, proposals, reminders, notifications, and handoffs.

06

How connected are your marketing and sales tools?

Think CRM, website forms, email, calendars, proposals, reporting, automation, and anything else your team touches regularly.

07

Who is actually responsible for marketing right now?

This helps us distinguish between a defined project and a broader capacity problem.

08

How much needs to change?

This is less about budget and more about the size of the problem you are trying to solve.

YOUR LIKELY SCOPE

Here’s where we’d probably focus.

RECOMMENDED ENGAGEMENT

WANT A HUMAN SECOND OPINION?

Have Knownwell review your assessment.

Send us your results and a little information about your business. We’ll review what you told us, take a look at your company, and follow up personally with where we think you should start.

We’ll use this information to review your assessment and follow up about your business. You are not committing to an engagement.

ASSESSMENT RECEIVED

We’ll take a look.

We have your assessment and contact information. We’ll review what you told us, take a look at your business, and follow up personally.

This assessment is only a starting point, not a quote. Actual scope and pricing depend on what we find, what you already have, and how much of the work you want Knownwell to handle.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Straightforward pricing. Clear scope. No guessing.

We try to make the business side of the relationship as simple as the marketing itself.

Start small if you want

You can begin with a strategy session, a small project, or a focused review before deciding whether anything larger makes sense.

Know the cost before we start

For project work, the scope and pricing are agreed to before the work begins so everyone knows what is included.

Pay for the work you need

We don't force every client into the same package, retainer, or bundle of services.

Expand when it makes sense

A one-off project can stay a one-off project, or it can grow into ongoing support if the relationship is working and the need is there.

No mystery deliverables

You should know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what the engagement is supposed to accomplish.

We'll tell you if we are not the right fit

If the budget, platform, timeline, or problem is better suited to someone else, we would rather say that early.
PRICING QUESTIONS

A few things worth knowing before we talk.

Pricing depends on the scope, but the way we work is pretty simple. You can start small, hire us for a defined project, or bring us in for ongoing support. Here are the answers to the questions that usually come up first.

No. We do one-off projects, strategy sessions, and ongoing engagements. If you only need help with one thing right now, we can scope around that.

Yes. Smaller strategy sessions and mini-engagements are available for companies that need expert input without starting a larger project.
Because the amount of work can vary significantly. A small messaging project and a full website strategy may both fall under the same general service, but they are not the same scope.
Sometimes. If you have a real budget range, tell us. We can often adjust scope or recommend the highest-value place to start.
For most project work, we prefer clear scoped pricing. Smaller advisory work may be priced as a session or short engagement.
We can help build the core pieces you need to get online and look professional, including messaging, website, basic search setup, forms, CRM, analytics, and other foundational systems.
READY TO TALK?

Tell us what you need help with.

If the pricing and approach feel like a fit, tell us a little about your business, what you are trying to improve, and what kind of help you think you need. If you are not sure, that's fine too. We can help figure out the right place to start.
You don't need to choose a package before reaching out. We can start with a strategy session, a focused project, or a broader conversation about ongoing support.
